A can’t miss for American history fans, Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Park is the birthplace of the iconic civil rights leader.. The park includes several buildings and points of interest, including King’s boyhood home, gravesite, and Ebenezer Baptist Church, where King and his father were both pastors. Just 15 minutes west is Morehouse College, the historically Black university where King and many other famous Americans, attended.

Atlanta’s main thoroughfare, Peachtree Street stretches from downtown Atlanta and becomes Peachtree Road as it traverses through famous Atlanta neighborhoods like Little Five Points and Buckhead. Peachtree is also lined with historic architecture and other notable southern landmarks, like the "Fabulous” Fox Theater.
